Design
Designing a visual model of this product can be done using DIALUX programs.
This phase is also an opportunity to compare competitive product features and implement or remove a particular aspect that might not evolve into a practical application.

Mock-up Sample Verification
Upon your approval of 3D printing and quotation, we will arrange sample making and make sure every design is achievable.
We will not arrange mass production unless the sample meets your needs perfectly and has been confirmed.

Tooling
Mold manufacturing, providing quality control and quality assurance inspections and reports.
Abrasives adjusted based on customer feedback and final confirmation.

Launch
With the physical design, electrical configuration, and optical testing completed, the product is ready to be mass-produced.
Testing every light to weed out defective products and maintain a standard across the board.
Finally, all products undergo manual inspection before packaging.
